Inside the House

The Atelier

"The hand remembers what the machine forgets."

Karigar at work

A philosophy of slowness.

We are a small house. We make few garments. Each one passes through three master karigars — for cutting, for embroidery, for finishing — and is overseen by Baljeet himself. We refuse the seasonal calendar; we work in the rhythm of weddings, of monsoons, of family.

Zardozi

Real metal threadwork — silver, gold-plated, hand-laid on velvet and silk frames.

Gota Patti

Rajasthani ribbon-craft, folded and stitched into floral architecture.

Marori

Tiny knot embroidery used to halo the heaviest motifs in our bridal pieces.
